Account Access
Assisting low-to moderate-income (LMI) youth with setting up and using bank accounts. Providing LMI youth with the ability to access their funds within an insured depository institution is the first step in developing a banking relationship. In addition, this is the foundation for a successful financial future.
Financial Education
Providing low-and moderate-income (LMI) youth with critical education and training with respect to personal finance (i.e., spending plan, income and expenses, etc.). Fostering accountability, while removing perceived barriers to participating in the financial mainstream.
Workforce Development
Facilitating an understanding of the many roles and opportunities that exist within the banking industry, and connecting low-and moderate-income (LMI) youth to banks in order to foster work opportunities in and around their community. We are committed to driving workforce engagement.

Annual Fundraiser Cookout
August 3, 2023 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm – Our annual fundraiser cookout will be held at Green Park next to Trinity Bank. We will be serving hot dogs/hamburgers with chips and drinks. All donations will support the YCC and our mission to help our Youth in neighboring areas.
2024 Georgia Bankers Association HR Professionals Conference
March 21, 2024 @ 7:45 am – 8:30 am – A YCC representative will promote and encourage attendees to participate in the Youth Connections Collaborative (YCC) of Georgia with a focus on workforce development.
Enhancing Bright Minds of the Future
April 25, 2024 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm – YCC Members will convene at Turner Job Corps located in Albany, GA to provide quality financial education, checking/savings account opening opportunities as well as highlighting Pathways Into Banking Careers for youth.
