Assisting low-to moderate-income (LMI) youth with setting up and using bank accounts. Providing LMI youth with the ability to access their funds within an insured depository institution is the first step in developing a banking relationship. In addition, this is the foundation for a successful financial future.
Financial Education
Providing low-and moderate-income (LMI) youth with critical education and training with respect to personal finance (i.e., spending plan, income and expenses, etc.). Fostering accountability, while removing perceived barriers to participating in the financial mainstream.
Workforce Development
Facilitating an understanding of the many roles and opportunities that exist within the banking industry, and connecting low-and moderate-income (LMI) youth to banks in order to foster work opportunities in and around their community. We are committed to driving workforce engagement.
