The Youth Connection Collaborative (YCC) empowers and uplifts low-and moderate-income youth, ages 15 to 24, by equipping them with the necessary financial tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive in Georgia.
About Our Organization

Our Mission
We strive to foster collaborative, community development activities among youth-focused organizations and insured depository institutions, promoting:
- Bank Account Access - for low-to moderate-income youth, including information about non-custodial accounts and bank locations
- Financial Education - for low-to moderate-income youth to understand key financial concepts within our modern-day banking ecosystem
- Workforce Development - initiatives/opportunities to assist low-to moderate-income youth obtain a livable-wage through Pathways into Banking Careers

Community Reinvestment
YCC of Georgia recognizes the importance of meaningful collaboration and investing back into the community through:
- Strategic partnerships between youth-focused organizations and insured financial institutions
- Equipping and supporting low-to moderate-income youth in their financial journey towards economic stability and success
